My fitness journey began a few months ago last year when I joined a zoom fitness group and as I was striving to workout 🏋️♀️ with the other girls I got so motivated that I would really enjoy the the workouts and I really don’t regret joining them at all whatsoever ever because I became to feel so much better and stronger and with the workouts I lost a total of 35 pounds. To this day I still am motivated to workout out I go on hikes that are on different levels some hard, moderate and extreme distances, even though they may be difficult I would say they are a good tired though. I lost 5 more pounds recently. I’m a person that has a low muscle tone but I don’t let that stop me from working out if I put on a motivation positive energy focus I strive to push through anything even though I may be a little bit slower I still accomplish any workout of my fitness routine lifestyle and I have a healthy lifestyle routine for eating to this is all thanks to the one day I said I need to get into fitness and I’ve not stopped I love ❤️ the way I’m feeling now and I have strength that I feel is getting stronger and stronger in my bones in my body and it makes me happier.
